General Terms and Conditions

1. URL 

Our website is primarily an online store that sells sports and active clothing. You can find our complete range online.

2. Delivery, delivery times and shipping 

2.1 Our packages are shipped with SwissPost and are usually with you within 2-5 days. Together with the shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking number, with which you can find information about the status of the delivery on the website of the shipping service provider.

2.2 For orders abroad, you will be informed about the delivery times by e-mail. Please note that international packages (outside Switzerland) may incur additional costs for shipping and customs clearance. We are not liable for these import costs.

2.3 If the delivery of the goods is not possible despite several delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract.

2.4 Please note that once a package has been shipped by us and a tracking number has been created, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

3. 30 days return and exchange policy

30-Days RETURN

If the product does not meet the customer's expectations within 30 days, i.e. the size or aesthetics are not right, the following will apply:

1. Customers can exchange to a correct size.

2. Exchange to another product of the same value of goods is possible.

3. Receipt of a voucher for the value of the purchased goods.

These points apply only under the following conditions:

1. The selected size does not fit the dimensions.
2. You want to exchange the product for another item.
3. The color is different than expected.
4. The material does not meet your expectations.


1. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
2. Changes will be made once we receive the return.
3. Items that are washed, damaged, soiled, altered or not packaged in the original box cannot be returned. If the above requirements are not met, the customer loses the right to a refund or return of the goods.

30-Days REFUND

Refunds will only be made on the condition that the products sent by Hochradl valued e.U. are obviously damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, you have the right to send us a proof (e.g. photos of the complaint) by e-mail within 30 days after receiving the goods. The products will be refunded after a fair evaluation.

Please note: 

With the delivery confirmation by the courier, Hochradl valued e.U. disclaims any liability.

To exercise the right of exchange, return or refund, please make sure that the above conditions are met.

Send an email to with the subject RETURNS or REFUNDS, followed by your name and the reason for the return, and a photo of the item attached. Please also include the order number.

4. Scope of application, order and conclusion of contract 

4.1 The company Hochradl valued e.U., located in 6044 Udligenswil, is the operator of this website and the associated online store. All information about us can be found in the imprint. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

4.2 An order in our store becomes binding when you click on the "Buy" button and have also confirmed beforehand by clicking on it that you accept our general terms and conditions, including the terms of delivery and payment, in their entirety and that you agree to our privacy policy. The contract is concluded as soon as you have received an order confirmation from us by e-mail and we confirm the shipment of the ordered products.

4.3 If it turns out after the conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, Hochradl valued e.U. is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract.

5. Application of vouchers and discounts

Only one option (voucher OR discount) can be applied per purchase. Vouchers can be redeemed online at any time (as long as they do not have an expiration date). 

In the case of a discount, please note the following:

If the discount was arranged by a third party (Ambassador, Pormotion ect.), the following conditions apply: 
- The discount is valid and applicable online only.
- There may be an expiration date included - the customer has no right to renew.
- The customer is not entitled to a refund of the discount after the order has been placed without the discount.

In case of a discount offered directly by Hochradl valued e.U., the conditions published when the promotion is announced apply. The publication of a promotion can be made by e-mail or via social media.

Hochradl valued e.U. accepts only one discount per order. This applies to vouchers/gift cards as well as discounts per purchase (online).


The customer has the right to return a sale item ordered online within 28 days of purchase.
The customer can return the item and exchange it for another item.
Upon receipt of the return, the customer will receive a voucher code for the value of the returned item.
Sale items purchased in the Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
